Starbucks In Hot Water Over Bao Gong Mug In China Hefei

A recent newspaper article about the issue of Starbucks in Hefei in China. Apparently they have some issued with the released of their mugs and tumbler in their new store in this province.

They have used the image of a 11th century judge named Bao Zheng (Bao Gong) without the permission of the descendent and may have violated intellectual property right.

 Fancy this happening in China when oversea company are more concern about Chinese company copying their products.

Singapore Starbucks Birthday Card (#5)

Starbucks in Singapore finally released her 5th edition card on 11th August. It was plan to be released in July but got delay due to some issue on the card again.

There is no new sleeve and Starbucks have been using this design since the Pike Place version. The only different is the new logo on the card.
